Following the signing of the land lease agreement and the recent cadastral survey of the northern part of the Konikablo project area, Upwind recently managed to successfully complete the title registration process of the respective lease and was awarded with the title certificate.

The title certificate provides finality and security in terms of adverse claims and reduces the risk of litigations and therewith represents and important milestone in the permitting procedure of the Konikablo Wind Farm.

The registration was done in accordance with the applicable laws, namely the Land Title Registration Act (PNDCL 152), the Land Registry Act (Act 122) and the Stamp Duty Act, 2005 (Act 689).
